Mrs. Carolyn Kilgore Moore, 82, of Ranburne, Alabama, passed away on June 27, 2020.

Mrs. Moore was born on Jan. 22, 1938, in Ranburne to the late-Jesse Kilgore and -Otimae Smith Kilgore. She was retired from Lamar Manufacturing where she worked as a seamstress. She was a faithful member of Ranburne First Baptist Church where she taught the adult walk-in Sunday school class. But she will be remembered by her family as a loving mother and grandmother who had a servant’s heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Moore; her parents, Jesse and Otimae as well as another daddy, Zed Treadwell; her grandson, Johnny Lee Moore, and her sister, Levonne Lowery.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Grant Moore and Chris and Cindy Moore; her grandson, Jason Moore and his wife, Brandy; her granddaughter, Abbie Salmon and her husband, Matthew; her great-grandchildren, Mara Jade and Revan Salmon; her brother, Timmy Treadwell and his wife, Tina; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 1 p.m. (Georgia Time) at Cleburne Memory Gardens. Bro. James Benefield, Bro. Sonny Martin, and Bro. Josh Stitcher will officiate. Interment will follow the services.

The family received friends at Rainwater Funeral Home on Monday, June 29, 2020, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
