All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 102 of the 9th District of Carroll County, Georgia, containing 0.87 acres, and being more particularly described as shown on a plat of survey entitled “Survey for Elizabeth Brinkley”, dated August 7, 2002, prepared by Pioneer Land Surveying Co., GRLS # 1134 and being recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 23, Carroll County, Georgia Public Real Estate. Said plat and the record thereof are incorporated herein by reference for a more complete and accurate description of the property.

Said property is presently addressed as 802 Indian Creek Road, Bowdon, GA 30108 and bears tax identification number 0750102.

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 19th day of July, 2020.
