NOTICE OF SPECIAL USE

PERMIT HEARINGS:

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission and the Mayor and City Council of the City of Carrollton will hold public hearings on the following items:

This tract of land known as totaling 0.86 acres, more or less, in Land Lot 233, 5th District, Carroll County unincorporated. Said tract is further described as being located at 401 Bankhead Highway. Requested Special Use Permit for the allowance of a Food Truck Court in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district. The applicant and property owner is Brent Harris of White Coat, LLC.

The Planning Commission hearing shall be held in the Public Safety Annex Building, (located behind City Hall), 115 West Center Street, 1st Floor Council Chambers, on the 14th day of July 2020 at 6:00 p.m. An agenda setting for that hearing will begin at 5:45 p.m.

It is anticipated that the Mayor and City Council will hold an additional public hearing on this request on the 3rd day of August 2020 at 6:00 pm. Please note that the Mayor and City Council meeting date may be verified by contacting the City Manager's office at 770-830-2000. All interested parties are invited to attend.
