I understand the DOT ruled that a light at Independence Drive would be too close to the light at the bypass and Newnan Road. So how did the city manage to get a light at Somerset Place on Highway 61 by the theater? This location is easily within the 150 yards DOT said was the reason we couldn’t have a light at Independence Drive. Is this because where business interests are involved, rules no longer apply?

i'm just a wonderin why this rag prints a storry bout chappy and his non dui but does not print a storry bout ashlee hendricks voting on two contrax for her brother in law. was jon bone on vacation this week? because he is by god the best reporter. maybe kevin jackson used his high school degre and figuredf out a plan to delete it from the paper and net. that is likley not real cuz he didnt finish high school. joint anyone?
