The Census Bureau is hiring local residents for jobs assisting the 2010 Census. Interested parties are asked to call 1-866-861-2010 or 1-800-877-8339 tty or go online at www.2010censusjobs.gov. All jobs are temporary, part time and very flexible. Applicants will be asked to take a 30 minute test. A sample test can be downloaded from the web site. Bilingual applicants are needed. Veterans are given priority.
Walk-n-Talk Book Club

Gymnastics
The Bremen Parks & Recreation Department is offering Gymnastics for ages 4-14. Classes for Beginners 4 to 5 p.m.; Intermediate 5 to 6 p.m. And Advance from 6 to 7 p.m. All Sessions will be held at the Activity Center on Thursday’s beginning Jan. 7. Cost $40 per Session. Classes will fill up quickly, so pease register your child soon. You can register one session at a time or register and pay for all five sessions at once. The West Ga. Museum of Tallapoosa would like a copy of your military photo with your name, year of service, branch of service and any other information you would like to share, to be displayed at the museum. You can drop your photo off at the museum or mail to the museum at P.O. Box 725, Tallapoosa, GA 30176. After we copy your photo your original can be picked up anytime at the museum.
