Barbara Harrison, age 48 of Carrollton, departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest on Friday morning, March 15, 2013, in Atlanta, Georgia, at Emory University Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Lee Harrison and Mary Sue Harrison; her sister, Cassandra Lynn Greene; and her grandparents, Quillian and Pearl Brewer.

She leaves to cherish many loving memories; three sons, Dionne (Lindsey) Harrison of Carrollton, Ga., Justin Harrison (Antoinette Diaz) of Carrollton, and Michael Harrison of Roopville; one grandson, Elijah Deek Harrison; one sister, Regenia Ellis of Roopville, Ga.; five brothers, Tony Harrison, Steve (Jurell) Harrison of Roopville, Ga., Richard Harrison, James Greene of Carrollton, Ga., Fredrick Harrison of Hiram, Ga.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends that will truly miss Barbara.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Holy Ground Baptist Church with Pastor Kelly Runels officiating. Eulogy will be given by Min. Richard Harrison. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery with Pastor Willis C. Moten officiating.
