Mr. Farlow was born on February 2, 1934, in Cleburne County, Alabama, to the late Ed and Lilly Crumbly Farlow. He was a farmer by trade and a member of Union Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his brother, Clyde Farlow of Ranburne; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Guy Holland of Temple, Ga.; nieces and nephews, Eddie and Patty Farlow of Oregon, Matthew Holland of Temple, Ga., Sheila and Ben Reagan, Dianne and David George, and Karen and Steve Timms, all of Carrollton, and Joe and Sandy Farlow of Ranburne; and many great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 1, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Rainwater Funeral Home. Rev. Michael White and Rev. David George will officiate. Interment will follow at Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Ranburne.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, February 28, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m.
