Vivian Irene Wingo Brown of Bremen passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013, in a local health facility. She was born in Haralson County on March 9, 1928, daughter of the late Homer E. Wingo and Esther Mize Wingo. Mrs. Brown was a retired employee of Hubbard Sales in Tallaoosa and a member of the Bremen First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Buttram, Eva Burden, Linda Richardson; and a brother, Millard Wingo.

Survivors include a daughter, Lisa and Roger Loveridge of Bremen; a son, Randy and Muala Brown of Atlanta; grandchildren, Neil and Breanne Loveridge, Courtney Loveridge, Ciara Brown, and Maura Brown; sisters, Diane and Robert Powers and Dorothy Harrison, both of Bremen; brother, Dillard Wingo of Bremen.

Services will be Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Brother Herman Parker and Brother Bobby Robinson officiating. Music will be furnished by Pam McCorkle accompanied by Sue Ezzell. Pallbearers will be Robert Powers, Tim Thompson, Eddie Burden, Chris Burden, Neil Loveridge, Steve Buttram and Hogan Thompson. Interment will follow in the Bremen City Cemetery.
