Mrs. Earlean Storey Fordham, 86, of Bowdon, Ga., died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at her residence. She was born April 12, 1926, in Thomaston, Ga., the daughter of the late Grady and Irma Smith Storey.

She formerly worked as a weaver in the textile industry, and was a member of the Arise Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Fordham Sr., and a daughter, Frances Elizabeth Fordham Moss; three infant sons; two sisters; and three brothers.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Gloria and Terry Gatewood of Bowdon; son and daughter-n-law, Robert L. and Mary Fordham Jr. of Bowdon; sisters, Patricia Lee of McKinney, Fla., Agnes Metzner of LaGrange and Vicki Thompson of Manchester; brothers, Larry Storey of Durand, Ga., John Storey of Columbus, Ga., and Melton Storey of LaGrange; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; 11 nieces; and 19 nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Feb. 12, at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Pastor Scott Cranford and Pastor Lee Thompson officiating. Pallbearers will be Daniel Ratley, Lee Stephens, Paul Tindell, Grayland Bishop, Randy Bishop and Brandon Gatewood. Burial will follow in Park Hill Cemetery in Columbus, Ga.
