UWG women: The Wolves (10-4, 4-2) take their three-game winning streak into today’s 3 p.m. tilt with the Lady Statesmen (9-5, 4-2), who routed West Alabama on Thursday evening, 58-32.
DSU held the Tigers to just 12 field goals on the night, including four in UWA’s 11-point first half. Seneca Walton enjoyed a monster night in the post for the Lady Statesmen, scoring 15 points with 23 rebounds, three blocked shots and two steals.
