She was born February 28, 1964, the daughter of James Donald McIntosh and the late Shirley Collins McIntosh. She was a graduate of Mt. Zion High School.
Survivors include her father, Rev. James Donald McIntosh of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher J. and Brandy Stapler of Carrollton; brother, James Tracy McIntosh of Bowdon; and granddaughter, Olivia Payton Stapler.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Following the visitation the body will be cremated, in accordance with the family’s wishes.
