Janice Inez Forehand Carroll of Bremen passed away Friday, January 11, 2013, at a residence in Gwinnett County following an extended illness. She was born in Crisp County August 2, 1953, daughter of the late Eddie Forehand and Elma Elizabeth Forehand Pryor.

Ms. Carroll worked as a waitress for the Waffle House in Bemen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, William Forehand, Roger Forehand, Billy Forehand, Jack Forehand; and sisters, Frances Satterfield and Margaret Marsh.

Survivors include a son, Tony Carroll of Bremen; a daughter and son-in-law, Hope and Randy North of Dacula; a brother, Milton Forehand of Cordele; grandchildren, Ashley Bone, Haley Carroll, Glen Brown; great-grandchildren, Caden Bone and Micah Bone.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 12 noon until 1 p.m.

Services will be Sunday, January 13, at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Reverend Buddy Gentry officiating. Recorded music will be furnished.
