The Wolves (6-11-3) made their return to the Gulf South Conference Tournament for the first time since 2008, then won their first round match 1-0 in overtime against Valdosta State for their first ever tournament win. The season then came to an end against eventual conference runner-up North Alabama on Friday night.
From the weekend three UWG players made the All-Tournament Team, all defenders.
Junior Breanne Dominguez, sophomore Sara Amesbury and senior co-captain Brittany Dawkins were named to the team, mostly from their performance against VSU.
Dominguez and Dawkins were a part of all five shutouts the Wolves and keeper Mary Laza recorded on the year while Amesbury was second on the team in minutes played.

The second UWG finisher was another Wommack as Brooke (24:24) finished in 32nd place followed by Kelly Arsenault (24:51), Rachel Hull (25:08) and Casey Brown (25:09).
