Connie A. Summer Morrison of Buchanan died Friday, Nov. 2, 2012. She was born in Hall County, December 16, 1946, daughter of the late William H. Summer and Arlene E. Lawson Summer.

Mrs. Morrison was a retired school bus driver for the Cobb County School System and a member of Mount Holly Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Hugh Morrison of Buchanan; sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Leslie Morrison of Dallas, Shannon Lee and Deanna Morrison of Buchanan; five grandchildren; a sister, Renee Ulch, Marietta; brothers, William Summer Jr. of Woodstock and Bruce Summer of Cartersville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 5-9 p.m.

Services will be Monday, Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. at Hightower Funeral Home in Bremen with Bishop Evette Guyton, Rev. Bobby Therrell, JoAnna Jenkins and Denita Bobo officiating. Music will be by Stephen Morrison and JoBeth Copeland. Burial will follow in Tallapoosa East Baptist Church Cemetery.
