Ms. McIntosh was born January 24, 1953, in Atlanta, Ga., the daughter of the late Martin McIntosh and Marian Marie Norton McIntosh.
Survivors include a sister, Jane Longino of Mobile, Ala.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In accordance with her wishes the body was cremated.
A memorial service will be Sunday, October 28, at 3:30 p.m. at Glenloch Baptist Church in Franklin.
