Mrs. McGuire was born in Buchanan, Ga., on March 31, 1919, the daughter of the late Samuel J. Campbell and Stella Jacobs Campbell. She retired as a seamstress at Sewell Manufacturing and was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Edward McGuire; sisters, Bessie Mae Pitts, Forest R. Deaton, Norma Hudgins, Lois Adams; brother, S. J. Campbell; and half-brother, William G. Gentry.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 11 a.m. at Midway Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Keith Hancock officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
