Homegoing celebration will be Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. at Willie A. Watkins Carrollton Chapel with Pastor Marcus Stroud officiating. Burial will be in Carrollton City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, Oct. 15, from 7-8 p.m. Family and friends are asked to assemble at 1 p.m. at the residence.
