Artists set up their booths Friday in preparation for this weekend’s MeccaFest at the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center. Seventy juried artists, including 24 from Carroll County, are participating in the annual fine arts festival today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be activities for children, a live-art installation with a 3-D illusion of sidewalk chalk and a living sculpture.
