Members of the Villa Rica High School marching band move palm tree props onto the field for the "Tropical Dreams" performance at the annual Carroll County Band Exhibition Tuesday at Central High. The annual exhibition is organized to benefit a scholarship in the name of Dr. Norman L. Padgett who has helped many of the bands in the county. All six high schools in Carrollton and Carroll County were represented at the exhibition, along with the University of West Georgia marching band.
