Survivors include one son, Wesley (wife, Amanda) Haley of Carrollton; two brothers, Steve Pendergraft and Scott Pendergraft, both of Waco; three grandsons, Connor, Carson and Eli Haley, all of Carrollton; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held August 23, 2012, at 5 p.m. at The Dr. Tracy P. Stallings Community Center, 118 S. White Street, Carrollton, GA 30117.
