I wonder how many more three-way intersections are left in Carrollton for the city to waste money on? I’m having a difficult time coming up with any worth the cost of the signs.

Congratulations to John Boehner, our new Weeper of the House. I can only hope that the Democrats will treat him with the same respect the Republicans gave to former Speaker of the House Pelosi.

Respect, respect. Politicians Don't know the meaning of that work. They respect those in positions to help them get elected. Both our parties need to respect you and I work together for the good of our country and not each other.

Kick them all out, limit terms and so many other things I could suggest.

I quit buying the TG years ago. I will now stop coming on line to read the TG. Your newspaper is so BIAS when it comes to posting things on here. I'll never read the TG or any paper associated with the TG. Any reader that response to this is just wasting your time because I WILL NOT READ WHAT YOU POST ABOUT THIS!!!!!

This is Thursday morning and I just received a Tuesday and a Wednesday's paper...NO Thursday's paper! That is like getting yesterdays weather forecast today. Just not much good!

Some work habits die hard! I just got an e-mail from a colleague at the Georgia Department of Labor who tells me the first thing newly inaugurated Commissioner of Labor Mark Butler did Tuesday morning was circulate a resolution among DOL staffers commemorating the Carrollton City High School Trojans for their championship season! I guess the new commish just doesn't know what else to do since that's all he ever did in the General Assembly!

I knew it! I'm not the only one angry this morning!

Channel 2 just showed Mark Butler on snow skis eastbound on I-20 towards Atlanta!

Somebody must have told that boy if he's late he won't get sworn in!

It is Chappell's fault! I'm entitled to clear clean snow-free streets so I can go to the donut shop & Starbucks!

Chappell should have planned ahead and had plenty of sand trucks, salt trucks and snow plows to clear our streets!

My God he could have at least plowed my dirt road! That would have been easy. Our Carroll County Government owes me!

This is piss poor planning on Chappell's part! Everyone knows it snows in the Winter!

Where's those recall petitions! I'll go stand in front of Wal-Mart today and get thousands of signatures!

I'll bet Jim Watters now wishes he had gotten a free "Palin snow machine" instead of a golf cart!
What????

After 22 days and we have only two new rants?

See things are getting much better very quickly!

Wait until tomorrow when everyone will complain that Bill Chappell did not have enough salt, sand and plows for snow removal!

WELL, I find it ridiculous that the HOUSING program in carrollton, allows healthy, able bodied people to LIVE their, but I guess the so called waiting list??? at english village? based on income? depends on who you know. huh? If the times of peoples move in and move out from one place to the other was looked into??? well, the TRUTH would come out.i find it sad that people have been on that list for housing, and people who didnt have to wait at all? got right in... when they ALREADY HAD HOUSING.
