On Thursday the Wildcats defeated Chattooga 57-11 before taking down host Pepperell 47-30 and then on Saturday VR was at the Crossbone Duals at East Paulding where they went 2-2 in four matches.
The Wildcats defeated Hiram 57-11 and East Paulding 48-27 while falling 44-32 against Marietta and 45-31 against Douglas County.
At 113 pounds Josh Ivey went undefeated at 6-0 with three pins while Rafi Blount (145) was 5-0 and Chris Bailey (152) was 6-0 with two pins each. Tristan Ware (138) had four pins while Kyle Cook (195) and Sam Preston (120) had three pins each. Mavrice McGuire (182) had a pair of pins while John Bailey (106), Austin Roper (132) and Demetris Flemister (220) had one pin each.
The Wildcats will return to the mat today on the road against Model at 5 p.m.
