Mrs. Stella Sara Mayfield White, age 76, of Channelview, Texas, formerly of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013. She was born April 20, 1936, in Villa Rica the daughter of the late Mr. Ed Smith Mayfield and the late Mrs. Martha Frances Kittle Mayfield. She worked as a baker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Amos Odell White and second husband, Chester Dutton; daughter, Pamela Jean Toole; sons, Ronnie Wayne White and Michael Wayne White; ten brother and sisters.

She is survived by her daughters, Josie Adams of Texas, Stephanie English of Texas, Karen Call of Texas; sons, Terry White of Alabama, Edward Anthony White of Texas; sister, Kathryn Gentry of Carrollton; brothers, William Mayfield of Villa Rica and Envard Mayfield of Buchanan; six grandchildren, Robert Call, Jeffery Foster, David Adams, Timothy Adams, Blake Schnitzer, and Sara Nicole English; several great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Friday, February 22, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Neil Williams and officiating. Eulogy will be provided by William Mayfield.
