Ms. Lindsey was born January 24, 1948, the daughter of the late Henry and Marguerite Lilly. She worked most of her life as a cosmetologist before retiring. After retirement she worked with her husband, the late Donald Lindsey, in their business Southern Design Homes. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her son, Don Lindsey of Villa Rica; grandsons, Brennon and Blane of Villa Rica.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lindsey, on September 20, 2012.
A graveside service will be held Monday, February 25, 2013, at 10 a.m. from The Georgia National Cemetery in Canton
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Wellstar Community Hospice, 4040 Hospital Drive West Drive, Austell, GA 30106.
