Mary Anne attended West Georgia College and afterwards studied at the High Museum of Art. She then attended Georgia Tech, where she studied drafting, receiving a job at Southern Bell. In July of 1944, she submitted an application for a Flight-Stewardess position for Eastern Air Lines. Out of several hundred applicants she was chosen for Flight-Stewardess training in New York City. After working with Eastern Air Lines for two years, she married Robert E. Trader, of Birmingham Ala., on February 24, 1946.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Anne T. and Jim Seibert of Hoschton, Ga., Floy and Eddie Seale of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Brenda Trader of Bremen; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Trader.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 24, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Wofford officiating. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Crawford, Max Goldin, Mark Graves, Eddie Cole, Donald Eddleman, and Jason Hodge.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Interment will be in Carroll Memory Gardens.
