Mrs. Lucille Warren, 83, of Douglasville, Ga., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013. She was born in Carrollton on November 19, 1929, to the late Earnest and Inez Thornton. She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church and was a seamstress at Sewell Manufacturing Co. for more than 30 years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Cecil Warren, and two grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Ferrell Warren; her sons and daughter-in-laws, David and Diane Warren and Danny and Sherry Warren; her daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Dick Byrd; her sister, Betty Rampy; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. at Mt. View Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Wright officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15.
