Legion post honors public safety personnel

Stephen Miller, second from left, of the Carroll County Sheriff's Department, patrolman Michael Berry of the Carrollton Police Department and firefighter Patrick Reagan of the Carroll County Fire Department, who were honored by the post after being chosen by their peers to be Law Enforcement Officer of the Year and Firefighter of the Year. This is the second year that Post 143 has given the awards. Miller is native of Roopville, Berry is a Carrollton native and Reagan is from Cartersville.
