Funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 2 p.m. at the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home in Franklin, Ga., with the Revs. Steve Arrington and Wayne Webb officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery in Carrollton.
