The University of West Georgia Athletic Department will once again present “Paint it Blue” when Gulf South Conference rival Valdosta State pays a visit to The Coliseum on Thursday evening for a hoops doubleheader.

The UWG women’s basketball team will open the action with a 5:30 p.m. tip, followed by the men’s game at 7:30.

The game is annually one of the most exciting showdowns of the season and is routinely the game that every UWG fan marks on their calendar. With this year’s ‘Paint it Blue,’ fans will have an opportunity to receive a free T-Shirt, along with many other offerings at the game.

The first 1,000 fans who enter The Coliseum for Thursday night’s games will receive a free T-Shirt. In addition, fans will have the chance to win numerous prizes throughout the night, and two fans will be entered into a drawing for a 60-inch HDTV, courtesy of Georgia Power.
