Aug. 6th 10am-12pm WHERE: High School Gym WHO: Upcoming Kindergarten-8th grade COST: $30 Join us for this year’s Junior Cheer Camp where BHS Cheerleaders and their coaches will work with your child in the area of sideline chants, cheers, jumps, dance, and stunts. We will also review the proper conditioning needed for this activity as well as safety rules. They will learn about sign making and crowd involvement as we prepare for our very own “Pep Rally”. You are invited to see what they’ve learned as we end camp with the “Pep Rally at 11:15 am on Thursday. Please send a water bottle for breaks. Sign your child up today!!! Junior Cheer Camp Information Dear Parents, Thank you for letting your child to attend camp with us! Below is a schedule of themes… Tuesday- Hawaiian Day!!! We encourage your child to dress in the appropriate Hawaiian/beach wear, but nothing that might impede their movement. We’ll be making Spirit bracelets/necklaces on this day and eating popsicles to go along with our theme! Wednesday- Cowgirl/Western Theme!!! Again, we will ask the girls to dress in the favorite western gear (think bandana’s or cowgirl hats)- just be sure they can move in their gear! We will be making our own bandanas on this day! Thursday- “Spirit Day”!!! Be sure to wear your Blue and White! We will be making our run-through signs from 10am-10:30am with the help of the BHS cheerleaders! You are invited tour Junior Cheer Pep Rally at 11:15am. We will practice everything from 10:30-11:15am, and then start the real thing at 11:15am. Each group will be able to show everyone what they’ve learned this week, and the Varsity girls will do a few things to entertain the young ones!
