The power of sugar

Last week’s news brought yet another example of more worthless scientific research, which makes me wonder what college students are studying these days.

The headline on the story reported that Oreo cookies are as addictive as cocaine, which naturally caught my eye. It had me believing that possibly wild-eyed Oreo addicts are out running the streets and robbing stores to get money for their sugar fixes.
